Registration Fee |

A one-time registration fee of $50/- is payable by each child and is non-refundable. |

Deposit |
| |
A refundable deposit of $100/- is payable at the time of enrolment. |

This deposit is required because some parents enroll their child for classes but do not take up the reserved place without giving a notice of withdrawal. At the end of the every term your child's place is automatically reserved for the next term unless we receive a notice of withdrawal from you prior. This is done to ensure continuity and avoid any adminstrtaive inconvenience to you. |

The deposit will be forfeited if: |

Your child fails to take up a reserved place in class. |
| |
Written notice of withdrawal from the next term is not given one (1) month prior to term end. This is because a place is automatically kept for your child in the next term unless you specifically withdraw |

Your child is withdrawn during the current term. |
| |
Your child is absent for the first two weeks of term without notification. We will then assume that you have withdrawn your child from the class. However, we will hold your child's place if you have paid fees in full for the term. |

| |
Payment of Fees and Class Schedule |
| |
Fees are payable in advance upon sign-up by the term. |
| |
Fees will be forfeited if you were to withdraw your child during term time. However, if the child does not, for any reasons, settle in easily and happily, the teacher may decide that it is in the child's best interest to withdraw. In this case, the deposit and balance fees will be returned in full less any amounts due. |

No refund for unused sessions. |

Each session is of 1-hour duration |

** Flexi-Time Scheduling |
| |
Enrolment for One Term entitles the child to 10 sessions attendance fro that term under the standard enrolment. However, scheduling of sessions and attendance can be entirely customized based on individual requirements (subject to Centre opening hours and availability). However, the schedule of attendance is required to be communicated in advance at the beginning of each term. |

Books and Materials |
| |
Study material and worksheets will be provided by the Centre, the cost of which is included in the fees. |
| |
| |
Insurance |
| |
Our centre takes up personal accident insurance coverage for every child who attends our classes. This is to ensure the safety of our children. |
| |
| |
Public Holidays |
| |
There are no classes on gazetted Public Holidays. |
| |
| |
Replacement Classes |
| |
In the event that a child misses a class on account of illness, they are allowed to re-schedule and make up (subject to centre opening hours and availability) within the same term. No classes can be carried forward into the next term. |
